On the afternoon of July 10, 2025, Director Na Ren Chao Ke Tu made a special report on the "Belt and Road"initiative and lawyers' participation at the"Jinsi Lecture Hall" of Shanghai Jinshan District Judicial Bureau.

This report was given by Na Ren Chao Ke Tu, Director of Shanghai Nuo Di Law Firm, members of the leading group of Jinshan Judicial Bureau, heads of departments, District Legal Aid Center, District Public Legal Service Center, Jinshan Notary Office, District People's Mediation Center and Social Work Station, and representatives of departments and lawyers participated.

With his profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience, Director Na Ren Chao Ke Tu gave a comprehensive and in-depth explanation on service participation in "the Belt and Road". He first reviewed the process of the "the Belt and Road Initiative" since it was put forward in 2013, from concept to action, and gradually became an important platform for international cooperation. He elaborated on the far-reaching significance of the"Five Links" construction of policy communication, facilities interconnection, trade unimpeded, financing and people's hearts to the economic development and regional cooperation of the countries along the line.

In the part of legal risks and coping strategies, Director Na Ren Chao Ke Tu focused on the legal challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in the process of investment and trade along "the Belt and Road" route. He pointed out that the risk of changes in laws and policies of the host country, the risk of compliance with environmental and social standards, the risk of contract performance and financial risks are all issues that enterprises must pay attention to when "going abroad".
