Announcement of the Beijing Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation on Online Submission of Pre-applications for Administrative Approval Matters by Taxpayers
For purposes of thoroughly implementing the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on regulating and improving administrative approval work, and further optimizing tax payment services, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Opinions of the State Administration of Taxation on Regulating Administrative Approval Activities and Improving Administrative Approval Work (No. 142 [2015], SAT), the Beijing Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation has added in its online tax service portal the function to accept pre-applications for administrative approval matters. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Taxpayers may, on the basis of valid certificates, submit online pre-applications for administrative approval matters by visiting the online tax service portal of the Beijing Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation (www.bjsat.gov.cn).
II. The results of the online pre-applications shall be notified to the taxpayers via the online tax service portal.
III. This Announcement shall come into force on March 1, 2016.
