Announcement of the China Banking Association on the Notice on Issuing the Supplementary Provisions on the Measures for the Implementation of Primary Vocational Qualification Examination of Banking Professionals and the Measures for the Implementation of Secondary Vocational Qualification Examination of Banking Professionals

For purposes of strengthening the team building of China's banking professionals and enhancing the capacities of banking professionals, on December 23, 2013, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the China Banking Regulatory Commission jointly issued the Notice on Issuing the Interim Provisions on the Vocational Qualification System for Banking Professionals and the Measures for the Implementation of Primary Vocational Qualification Examination of Banking Professionals (No. 101 [2013], Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), in which the original qualification attestation examination of China's banking professionals is included in the national uniform planning on the vocational qualification certificate system for professional technicians.
According to the requirements of the national uniform planning on vocational qualification examination and for the purpose of improving the evaluation system of vocational qualification examination of banking professionals, on April 17, 2015, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the China Banking Regulatory Commission once again jointly issued the Notice on Issuing the Supplementary Provisions on the Measures for the Implementation of Primary Vocational Qualification Examination of Banking Professionals and the Measures for the Implementation of Secondary Vocational Qualification Examination of Banking Professionals (No. 55 [2015], Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), in which the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the China Banking Regulatory Commission have expressly approved the China Banking Association's organization and implementation of secondary vocational qualification examination of banking professionals and approved to add a new subject of “Banking Management” to the primary vocational qualification examination.
