As decided at the 27th Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth
National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China: the Treaty on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons between
the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Tajikistan as signed by the
representative of the People's Republic of China in Dushanbe on
September 13, 2014, is hereby ratified.
