As decided at the 20th Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth
National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China, the Minamata
Convention on Mercury signed by the representative of the Government of the
People's Republic of China in Kumamoto on October 10, 2013, is hereby ratified.
