Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Protocol on
Explosive Remnants of War
(Adopted at the 14th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National
People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on April 29, 2010)
The 14th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's
Congress decided that: the Protocol on Explosive Remnants of War, which was
adopted at the Conference of the Contracting Parties for the Convention on
Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which
May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects, on
November 28, 2003, is hereby ratified.
