Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Treaty on
Extradition between the People' Republic of China and the Republic of Indonesia
(Adopted at the 14th Session of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National
People's Congress on April 29, 2010)
At its 14th session, the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's
Congress decides: to ratify the Treaty on
Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of
Indonesia which was signed by Yang Jiechi, then Minister of Foreign
Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on July 1,
2009.
