Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Extradition Treaty between China and the Republic of Portugal

At its 5th session, the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress decides: to ratify the Extradition Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Portugal which was signed by Zhang Yesui, then vice minister of foreign affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on January 31, 2007.
