Announcement of the
Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of
Public Security, the Ministry of State Security, and the Ministry of Justice on
Issuing the Classification of Severity of Disability Caused by Physical
Injuries
In order to further regulate the identification of severity of disability
caused by physical injuries, the Classification of Severity of Disability
Caused by Physical Injuries is hereby issued, and shall come into force on
January 1, 2017. It shall uniformly apply to the identification of severity of
disability caused by physical injuries by forensic identification institutions
and judicial appraisers.
