On the other hand, it is creating new tracks from scratch—the East China UAV Base has been upgraded into a specialized low-altitude economy park in Shanghai, seizing early opportunities in the industry. The construction of the Shanghai Bay Area Science and Innovation City further demonstrates its ambition to build an eco-friendly, smart sci-tech hub.
