Decision of the People's Government of Fujian Province on Amending the Several Opinions of the People's Government of Fujian Province on Encouraging Foreign Investment

The people's governments of all cities and counties (districts), the management committee of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone; all departments of and institutions directly under the Provincial People's Government; all large enterprises; and all institutions of higher education:
Upon deliberation at the 83rd executive meeting of the Provincial People's Government on February 4, 2017, as the management mode of foreign investment has been reformed, it has been decided to amend the Several Opinions of the People's Government of Fujian Province on Encouraging Foreign Investment (No. 35 [2012], People's Government of Fujian Province) by deleting Item (13) of the Opinions, that is, “Expanding the approval power of a districted city. From July 1, 2012, each districted city shall be conferred with the power to approve foreign-funded projects of the encouraged category with a total investment of less than USD 300 million and foreign-funded projects of the permitted category with a total investment of less than USD 100 million.”
This Decision shall come into force on the date of issuance.
