Notice of the Higher People's Court of Beijing on the Acceptance of State Compensation Confirmation Cases by the Office of the Compensation Committee

The No. 1 Intermediate People's Court of Beijing, the No. 2 Intermediate People's Court of Beijing and the Railway Transportation Intermediate Court of Beijing,
In accordance with the requirements of the Supreme People's Court in its Notice on the Responsibility of the Office of the Compensation Committee for the Trial of State Compensation Confirmation Cases, the trial of state compensation confirmation cases shall be shifted from the trial supervision tribunal to the office of the compensation committee. The Higher People's Court of Beijing has decided upon discussion that the state compensation confirmation cases accepted as of April 1, 2009 shall be tried by the Office of the Compensation Committee, while the pending state compensation confirmation cases prior to the said date shall still be tried by the Trial Supervision Division. The future requests of all intermediate people's courts for instructions about issues relevant to the state compensation confirmation shall be submitted to the Office of the Compensation Committee of the Higher People's Court of Beijing.
