Notice of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the Disclosure of the Chinese and English Summaries of Underlying Listed Companies in the Northbound Trading Link under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect

All underlying listed companies in the Northbound Trading Link under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect:
For the purposes of regulating the preparation and disclosure of the summaries of listed companies and facilitating domestic and overseas investors' access to the basic information on listed companies, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and other relevant provisions, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) hereby notifies you of relevant matters as follows:
I. A listed company that has publicly offered stocks within the territory of the People's Republic of China and is included in the underlying companies of the Northbound Trading Link under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (hereinafter referred to as a “listed company”) shall prepare and disclose the Chinese and English summaries respectively according to the requirements of this Notice, and ensure the consistency between the Chinese and English contents.
II. The summary of a listed company shall be disclosed on the website designated by the SZSE, and be updated in a timely manner when it is included in the underlying companies of the Northbound Trading Link under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, there is any major change in its basic information, and its periodic report is disclosed.
III. A listed company shall ensure that the summary it discloses is authentic, accurate and complete and has no false records, misleading statements, or major omissions. The major content and data in the summary of a listed company shall be sourced from its periodic reports that have already been disclosed.
IV. The summary of a listed company shall include the listed company's basic information, business profile, price action, highlights, trading information, directors and senior executives, top five shareholders, operating revenue, risk alerts, dividend data, per share data, and major financial data in financial statements. See the Annex for the specific content and format thereof.
V. Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Information Company”) shall provide information integration services for the preparation of summary, and a listed company shall verify, supplement, modify and confirm the content of its summary, and the Information Company will not bear responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of any content in the summary.
VI. This Notice shall come into force on December 28, 2017.
