Notice of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Stop Collecting the Use Fees of the Terminated Business units

All member entities:
For the purposes of further improving the methods of collecting the use fees of the business units, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has decided to stop collecting the use fees of the terminated business units from July 1, 2017.
For the purposes of effectively using the number resources of the business units and reducing the waste of resources, all member entities shall, when the needs for business units reduce, choose to terminate the business units in priority, and recover the flow velocity value of the business unit to the standard flow velocity value (flow velocity value = 1) before filing an application for terminating the business unit to avoid the generation of additional flow velocity fee; and when the needs for business units increase, all member entities shall choose to re-use the terminated business units in priority.
