Notice of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Revising the Guidelines for the Formats of the Announcements on the Pledge (Freezing, Lifting of Pledge and Unfreezing) of the Shares of Listed Companies

All listed companies:
In order to regulate shareholders' disclosure of the pledge, freezing, lifting of pledge and unfreezing of their shares and other matters, improve the effective information disclosure, and disclose to investors the relevant risks in a timely manner, in accordance with laws, regulations and the Stock Listing Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchangeand other provisions, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “SSE”) has revised theGuidelines for the Formats of Interim Announcements: Announcement No. 46 on the Pledge (Freezing, Lifting of Pledge and Unfreezing) of the Shares of Listed Companies, which are hereby officially issued, and shall come into force on the date of issuance.
The full texts of the revised Guidelines for the Formats of Interim Announcements may be available in thecolumn of “Business Guidelines and Processes of the SSE” under the “Legal Rules” on the website of the SSE (http://www.sse.com.cn). Listed companies and the relevant information disclosure operators shall conscientiously study and comply with and implement the Guidelines, and effectively conduct the relevant work on information disclosure and business operation applications.
