It is hereby decided at the 12th Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress to ratify the Treaty on Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan as signed by Liu Zhenmin, the then Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on September 27, 2013.
