It is hereby decided at the 9th Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress to ratify the Treaty on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons between the People's Republic of China and Mongolia as signed by Wu Aiying, the then Minister of Justice, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on June 16, 2011.
