It is hereby decided at the 9th Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress to ratify the Treaty on Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Bosnia and Herzegovina as signed by Yang Jiechi, the then Minister of Foreign Affairss, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on December 12, 2012.
