Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Agreement on the New Development Bank
(Adopted at the 15th session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress on July 1, 2015)
It is decided at the 15th session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress to ratify the Agreement on the New Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) signed by the representative of the Government of the People's Republic of China in Fortaleza, Brazil on July 15, 2014; however, with the following statement:
The Agreement shall not apply to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, until a notice of the Government of the People's Republic of China directs otherwise.
