It is hereby decided at the 12th Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress to ratify the Treaty on Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Iran as signed by Zhang Zhijun, the then Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Teheran on September 10, 2012.
