Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Treaty on
Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Italy

People's Congress on December 31, 2011)
The 24 th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's
Congress has decided that: the Treaty on Extradition between the People's
Republic of China and the Republic of Italy, signed by Yang Jiechi, the
minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf the People's Republic of
China, on October 7, 2010, in Rome, is hereby ratified.
