At its 24th session, the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's
Congress decides: to ratify the Treaty on Criminal Judicial Assistance between
the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Italy signed at Beijing by
Yang Jiechi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's
Republic of China on October 7, 2012.
