Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying of the Treaty on
Judicial Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters between the People's
Republic of China and the Democratic People's Republic of Algeria

People's Congress on June 30, 2011)
At its 21st session, the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's
Republic of China decides: to ratify the Treaty on Judicial Assistance in Civil
and Commercial between the People's Republic of China and the Democratic
People's Republic of Algeria which was signed by Yang Jiechi, then Minister of
Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Algiers on
January 10, 2010.
