At its 7th session, the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress decides: to ratify the Agreement on Consulates between the People's Republic of China and Japan which was signed by Hu Zhengyue, then Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on October 24, 2008.
