At its 7th session, the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress decides: to ratify the Treaty on Judicial Assistance in Civil and Commercial between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Peru which was signed by Yang Jiechi, then Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on March 19, 2008.
