The 8th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress has decided that: the Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Australia on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, signed by Yang Jiechi, the minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf the People's Republic of China, on September 6, 2007, in Sydney, is hereby ratified.
