The 8th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress has decided that: the Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Korea on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, signed by Yang Jiechi, the minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf the People's Republic of China, on May 27, 2008, in Beijing, is hereby ratified.
