At its 7th session, the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress decides: to ratify the Treaty on Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the United Mexican States which was signed by Yang Jiechi, then Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on July 11, 2008.
