At its 3rd session, the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress decides: to ratify the Treaty on Judicial Assistance in Criminal Matters between the People's Republic of China and the Democratic People's Republic of Algeria signed at Beijing by Li Zhaoxing, then Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China on November 6, 2006.
