At its 3rd Session, the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress decides: to ratify the Treaty on Long-term Good-neighbourly Relations, Friendship and Cooperation among the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation signed at Bishkek by President Hu Jintao on behalf of the People's Republic of China on August 16, 2007.
