Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Treaty on Extradition between China and the French Republic

At its 2nd session of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress decides: to ratify the Treaty on Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the French Republic, which was signed at Paris by Dai Bingguo, then vice minister of the Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China on March 20,2007.
