Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Extradition Treaty between China and Australia

It is decided at the 2nd session of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress that:the Extradition Treaty between the People's Republic of China and Australia, signed at Sydney by Mr. Yang Jiechi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China on September 6, 2007, is hereby ratified.
