The 31st meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress has decided that: the Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Portuguese Republic on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, signed by Zhang Yesui, deputy minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf the People's Republic of China, on January 31, 2007, in Beijing, is hereby ratified.
