It is decided at the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China to ratify the Treaty on Criminal Judicial Assistance between the People's Republic of China and New Zealand as signed by Mr. Li Zhaoxing, Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China, on April 6, 2006 in Wellington.
