Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Extradition Treaty between China and the Republic of Namibia

It is decided at the twenty seventh session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress thatthe Extradition Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Namibia as signed by Mr. Li Zhaoxing, Minister of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China on December 19, 2005 is hereby ratified.
