Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Treaty on Civil
and Criminal Judicial Assistance between the People's Republic of China and the
Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

It was decided at the 17th session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth
National People's Congress to approve the Treaty on
Civil and Criminal Judicial Assistance between the People's Republic of China
and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea., which was signed by
Zhang Fusen, Minister of the Ministry of Justice, on behalf of the People's
Republic of China in Beijing on November 19, 2003.
