It was decided at the 16th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth
National People's Congress to approve the Treaty on
Criminal Judicial Assistance between the People's Republic of China and the
Federal Republic of Brazil, which was signed by Li Zhaoxing,
Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic
of China in Beijing on May 24, 2004.
