At the 15th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's
Congress, it is decided to ratify China's accession to the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any
Other Hostile. Use of Environmental Modification Techniques as
adopted at the 31st general assembly of the United Nations on December 10,
1976.
