Committee of the National People's Congress on Approving the Treaty on
Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of
Philippines

It was decided at the 16th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth
National People's Congress to approve the Treaty on
Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of
Philippines, which was signed by Tang Jiaxuan, Minister of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the People's Republic of China in
Beijing on October 30, 2001.
