Committee of the National People's Congress on Ratifying the Convention of the
Shanghai Cooperation Organization on Privileges and Immunities
(Adopted on February 28, 2005)
The 14th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's
Congress hereby decides to ratify the Convention
of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on Privileges and Immunities,
which was signed by President Hu Jintao on behalf of the People's Republic of
China in Tashkent on June 17, 2004.
