Committee of the National People's Congress on Approving the Treaty on
Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Lesotho
(Adopted on October 27, 2004)
It was decided at the 12th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth
National People's Congress to approve the Treaty on
Extradition between the People's Republic of China and the Kingdom of Lesotho,
which was signed by Li Zhaoxing, Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
on behalf of the People's Republic of China in Beijing on November 6, 2003.
