The Decision of the
Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Approving the
Convention on the Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the
Republic of Tadzhikistan on Combating Terrorism, Splittism and Extremism
(Adopted on October 27, 2004)
It was decided at the 12th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth
National People's Congress to approve the Convention
on the Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of
Tadzhikista on Combating Terrorism, Splittism and Extremism, which
was signed by Li Zhaoxing, Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on
behalf of the People's Republic of China at Dushanbe on September 2, 2003.
