Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Acceding to the International Convention on Suppression of Terrorism Explosions
(Adopted on October 27, 2001)
This decision has been made at the 24th Session of the Standing Committee of Ninth National People's Congress: the People's Republic of China accedes to the International Convention on Suppression of Terrorism Explosions; and at the same time it is declared: the People's Republic of China shall have reservations about the first paragraph of Article 20 of the International Convention on Suppression of Terrorism Explosions and shall not be bound by that paragraph.
