Your Request for Instructions on Adjusting the Jurisdiction of Foreign-Related Commercial Cases has been received. In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Provisions on Several Issues concerning the Jurisdiction over Foreign-Related Civil and Commercial Cases as issued by the Supreme People's Court and the actual circumstances of the trial of foreign-related commercial cases nationwide, upon deliberation, the following official reply is hereby made:
The opinions in your request for instructions on the adjustment of the territorial jurisdiction of people's courts in your province as courts of first instance with jurisdiction over foreign-related commercial cases (including the Intermediate People's Court of Bengbu City, the Intermediate People's Court of Hefei City, the Intermediate People's Court of Wuhu City, the People's Court of Yuhui District, Bengbu City, the People's Court of the Hefei Hi-tech Development Zone, the People's Court of Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone) are approved, and you shall develop a notice on the aforesaid matters to specify them and report it to this Court for recordation.
