People's Court on the Entry into Force of the Hague Evidence Convention between
China and Malta
(No. 16 [2012] of the Supreme People's Court)
The higher people's courts of all provinces, autonomous regions, and
municipalities directly under the Central Government:
The Convention on the Taking of Evidence
Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters (hereinafter referred to as
the “Hague Evidence Convention”)
shall come into force between China and Malta on January 31, 2012.
