Woman punished for riding a horse on main road in Shanghai

Local police in Shanghai issued an administrative warning to a woman caught riding a horse on one of the city's major roads on Tuesday night.
Videos shared online on Sina Weibo show the woman riding a horse along Yan'an West Road at around 11 p.m. alongside fast moving cars. She was later stopped by police.
The woman has been identified by Shanghai police as a 26-year-old local named Hu.
According to a notice released by the Shanghai police, as well as disrupting traffic, Hu's behavior disrupted the public order as her behavior attracted a crowd of onlookers who stopped to film the incident.
