Reply of the State Council on the overall plan of Eco-green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone

On October 25, 2019, the State Council of China approved the overall plan of Eco-green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone of the Yangtze River Delta, which was drafted by Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang Provinces and submitted by National Development and Reform Commission.
The State Council agreed in principle to it and asked the drafters to carefully organize the implementation. Besides, it clearly required all departments of the State Council to give full support, strengthen coordination and guidance over the implementation of the plan, provide active guidance and support in policy implementation, institutional innovation and project construction, and coordinate efforts to resolve difficulties and problems encountered in the construction.
