The Decision on Revising the Administrative Measures for Initial Public Offerings and Listing of Stocks on the Growth Enterprise Market (the "Decision"), deliberated and adopted at the 118th chairman executive meeting of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on November 6, 2015, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of January 1, 2016.

Decision on Revising the Administrative Measures for Initial Public Offerings and Listing of Stocks on the Growth Enterprise Market
I. Articles 16 and 22 shall be deleted.
II. A new article shall be added as Article 34, which reads "The issuer shall disclose in the prospectus that the basic requirements of issuance regulation on the independence of the company have been satisfied."
The Decision shall come into force as of January 1, 2016.
