Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation on Issues concerning
the Use of Invoices for Bill Payment Services of Banks
Dear taxpayers:
Upon discussions, you are hereby notified of the following issues concerning
the use of invoices for bill payment services of banks in Beijing:
I. Beginning on September 1, 2016, the invoices for bill payment services of
banks in Beijing may continue to be used, and an additional notice will be
issued on when the use of the invoices is to stop.
II. The invoices printed under the supervision of state taxation authorities
shall be used for all bill payment services of banks, and a taxpayer still
using invoices printed under the supervision of local taxation authorities
shall apply to the competent state taxation authority as soon as possible for
invoices for bill payment services of banks carrying the name of the taxpayer
(“named invoices”) which are printed under the supervision of the state
taxation authority.
