Announcement of the Beijing Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation on Revising the Returns for Some Property and Behavior Taxes

In order to strengthen the business standardization of the property and behavior taxes, the State Administration of Taxation has issued the Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Revising the Returns for Some Property and Behavior Taxes (No. 114 [2015], SAT), in which the returns for some property and behavior taxes are revised. The revision of the relevant returns is hereby announced.
This Announcement shall come into force on the date of issuance. The Urban Land Use Tax Return, the Detailed Statement of Sources of Urban Land Use Tax, the Property Tax Return, the Detailed Statement of Sources of Property Tax Levied on Price, the Detailed Statement of Sources of Property Tax Levied on Rental, the Stamp Tax Return, and the Deed Tax Return as attached to the Announcement of the Beijing Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation on Issuing the Returns for Property and Behavior Taxes and Other Relevant Matters (No. 7 [2015]) shall be concurrently repealed.
